
A company working in the medical device sector needed to develop a servitization project. The request was to analyze the public sector and build a service around the company’s products for fragile patients to improve their quality of life.
After an in-depth market analysis, we identified the solution by creating a partnership between public and private institutions with the aim of establishing the right channels to improve assistance for fragile patients. We defined and implemented new processes to enhance patient care by managing integrated services and optimizing the use of devices. This highly integrated project started with the analysis of data, regulations and distribution channels of a Pilot Region.
The project involved different areas: from the analysis of the territory management processes for the delivery of medical devices, to the definition of the organizational processes, to the integrated patient/stakeholder communication.
