Full management of the national congress
Organize a logistically articulate event, with the participation of 1200 people for 5 consecutive days and a scientific program divided into 19 parallel meeting rooms while enhancing the emotional characteristics of the conference destination chosen by the international scientific society.
Thanks to the flexibility and professionalism of our project managers, we coordinated all event activities with the scientific board, whose members came from different geographical areas of the world.
To manage the logistic aspects dictated by the complexity of the scientific program, we put articulate organizational masterplans in place to coordinate the onsite secretariat and all the actors involved in the making of the event.
Our ability in problem solving allowed us to successfully manage an unforeseen event that could have otherwise compromised the positive outcome of the event.
MCO enhanced the emotional aspect of social events by identifying prestigious and exclusive locations that left participants with unforgettable memories of Rome.
