Costanza, always in love with the way of events, has a degree in Design and Management of Events and Enterprises of Art and Entertainment, expanding, during the degree course, an interest in the conference sector.

She continued his studies by attending a Master in Management of Entertainment events, deepening his interests in Marketing, Communication, Press Office, and Fundraising for Cultural Enterprises.

For six years, he has been dedicated to organizing, designing, and coordinating scientific medical conferences at national and international organizations and in the healthcare field.
During her career, she developed excellent organizational skills in planning and autonomous management of work, respecting the objectives with a spirit of adaptation and flexibility.

Passionate about travel, photography, food and wine, and the culture of other countries, Constance is interested in everything related to the world of art, culture, and entertainment.

Virginia Pestelli

Virginia is the smallest of the Team, but she certainly has a lot of determination to sell!

She holds a degree in Linguistic Mediation from SSML Carlo Bo, University for Interpreters and Translators in Florence, specializing in English and Russian.

After her studies, she immediately became passionate about events, ranging from artistic and cultural events to the congress and healthcare sector, in which she has worked for over 5 years.

She defines herself as creative and a dreamer and also a bit of an artist; she strongly believes in teamwork and defines the team as her “natural habitat”.

Linda Bronzini

Linda is a curious, optimistic, and passionate digital marketer specializing in healthcare communication.

She graduated in Graphic Design & Multimedia at the Libera Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence; then obtained a Master’s in Web & Digital Marketing. Her career in the health sector fascinated her so much that she attended a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Marketing to expand her skills and cultivate ambitious plans.

Every day it enhances digital channels transforming the company strategy to build and plan successful projects. She loves to solve problems and make things work better, working in synergistic teams where comparison is a source of enrichment and staying up to date on industry trends.

Ang, her passions are volleyball, adventure trips, and good food!

Pascal Miglionico

Pascal has more than 8-year experience in designing and developing graphics and videos for the healthcare industry.

In line with his strong designing skills and creativity, Pascal completed a B.A. in Industrial Design at the University of Florence. Subsequently, he achieved an M.A. focusing on Visual and Communication Design at the Istituto Superiore delle Industrie Artistiche di Firenze (ISIA).

Pascal initially moved to the United Kingdom, where he worked as a freelancer, developing communication campaigns for political and apolitical associations. In the past five years, Pascal’s career focus shifted towards the healthcare space, where he had the chance to work closely with institutions and private companies.

His acquired knowledge of the healthcare sector and his experience as a graphic designer allow Pascal to create innovative concepts, graphical outputs, 3D models, motion graphics, and videos tailored to a specific target audience.

Mattia Zucca

Mattia is a PhD educated healthcare marketing and communication professional with a 10-year of international experience in the space, covering different therapeutic areas.

His scientific path begins with a B.Sc. In pharmaceutical biotechnology at the University of Florence, followed by an M.Sc. in medical and molecular biotechnology at the University Vita-Salute San Raffaele of Milan. During his master, Mattia moved to Boston, US, where he initiated an oncology-focused scientific collaboration with the Harvard Medical School. Subsequently, he completed a PhD in clinical medicine at the University of Oxford.

During his career within the healthcare industry, Mattia worked for several global firms, mainly focusing on pre-clinical and clinical research, market access, innovation and competitive consulting, as well as marketing and communication strategies.

Alice Porciani

Alice graduated in humanities and communication from the University of Florence in 2014, developing a strong interest in the healthcare communication environment during her studies.

To further specialise in the field, she subsequently completed a Master in Marketing and Communication Management at the Sole 24 Ore Business School of Rome.

In the last few years, she focused on de novo design and coordination of healthcare projects developing strong management as well as public relations and business development skills.

Martina Bisconti

With more than six-year experience in planning and organizing strategic events within the healthcare space, Martina is a core Project Manager at MCO International.

In line with her overwhelming personality, Martina graduated with honours in Entertainment Sciences and Multimedia Production at the University of Florence.

Following her B.Sc. and M.Sc. Martina got passionate about the healthcare space and worked for several national and international scientific companies, mainly focusing on events and education, developing strong project management as well as interpersonal skills.

Ex-volleyball player by vocation and passionate cyclist, Martina is a great manager when it comes to organizing national and international congresses, educational courses, advisory boards and product launch strategies – always keeping in mind the clients’ business objectives and needs.
